We want food to be health, beautiful to look at, healing, strengthening, soothing, comforting, filling, giving us joy, social community and status. Achieving a healthy and strong body through yoga is not just about asanas and meditation. It is also not about following strict diet plans, diets or eating according to the way different YogaGurus eat. Ayurvedic nutrition is based on an understanding of the Ayuredic health system. We can do yoga with our eating regardless of which diet we prefer.

Yoga for eating is about eating with body, soul and mind. Becoming aware of the diet and allowing your inner self-healing power to emerge. We know what is good for us, we know what brings health deep down. We have to start listening and trusting ourselves. Yoga yourself with food and yoga your eating allows us to reach our inner wisdom. Our inner wisdom helps us choose what is good for us. When to eat, how to eat or what to eat…..- our inner strength and wisdom shows us the way when we learn to listen to it.
